Josh Milligan, who IS Rustic River, went beyond our imaginations in developing a 4-minute video for our school. He took painstaking efforts with his attention to detail that culminated in a first-rate video that has impressed several audiences. I highly recommend him! Josh Milligan is one of the few true artists in a field rife with technicians.  Though technically expert, he takes his craft of creating emotions through videography to an incredible art form.  His precision in lighting and perspective, when combined with his unique ability to capture a particular view, and his persistence to achieve that perfect shot through the lens that matches what is in his mind, is an amazing talent. A truly gifted man.
